Why Catholics Pray to the Dead: They Don’t Follow Jesus

Catholics pray to the dead because they don’t follow Jesus Christ.
For new readers and those who do not follow Jesus(yet), and certainly for Catholics, when I make any authoritative statement on matters of scripture, I will put a reference at the end of the sentence with a number.
Please for your own soul's salvation, go to Biblegateway.com and check if what I say is true.
It is a well-known reality that since its inception, Catholics have used the name of Jesus to push forward their religious views, which are not biblical (Mark 7:7). The practice of praying to the dead cannot be supported by the very Bible they claim to believe in (Deut. 18:10-11).
Factually, the Holy Bible refers to such a practice as witchcraft through 'consorting with familiar spirits' (Isa. 8:19).
Dogma, which is their internal orthodoxy, says that the pope is infallible, and teaches he is incapable of making a mistake or sinning when speaking on matters of the Bible and morals.
This stands in stark contrast to the biblical narrative, which teaches all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Rom. 3:23). Furthermore, the Bible says there is not one that does good and sins not (Eccles. 7:20).
And the final nail in this coffin is the biblical statement: if anyone says they have no sin, they are a liar, and the truth is not in them (1 John 1:8). Sin is error against the holiness of God (1 John 3:4).
Then there is the dogma of praying to the dead, which is primarily focused on Mary, the deceased mother of Jesus. This is 'Mariology' and 'Intercession of the Saints.'
This false doctrine is maintained through the belief that Mary was sinless and a 'perpetual' virgin' (after birthing Jesus). I guess it doesn't matter that the Bible says she had at least four (4) other children (Matt. 13:55-56).
If Mary is sinless, why would she refer, in her conversation with her cousin Elizabeth, to God as her 'Savior' (Luke 1:47)?
This statement, from the Book of Luke 1:47, means a lot more than most people understand. There’s only one who has ever walked the earth not in need of a savior because: Jesus Christ (John 1:1-3, John 3:15-18, et al).
For Catholics to pray to Mary, Jesus's mother, instead of Him means that she, a dead woman who confessed to being a sinner as well (through need of saving by a Savior) is a declaration of her equality with Jesus, her Savior!
Jesus Christ said; "if you ask aything in my Name, it will be given" (John 14:13-14). He did not say, nor any later apostle, if we ask in the name of another it will be granted.
When Jesus died, the Bible tells us the veil of the temple was ripped asunder (Mark 15:38).
This was not some wedding veil hanging over the bride’s face, which could easily be torn. This was a thick structure, which no man alive could have torn with their own hands.
It had to be a miracle and an act of God.
This veil was torn because Jesus, our high priest and advocate, died and rose again so we can go directly to God without the intervention of a priest, as Catholics are concerned, or a preacher, as Protestants are (Heb. 4:14-16, Heb. 10:19-22, 1 Tim. 2:5).
So, praying to a dead Mary is just another way of putting back up the veil so that those in leadership can have the power and control that Jesus’ death and resurrection took away from them (1 Pet. 5:3).
Moreover, it’s like the overbearing mother who, after her child is grown, married with children, still wants them to remain forever young, under her care, and beholden to her command.
A bigger reason why Catholics pray to not only a dead Mary but other so-called venerated saints is they simply don’t have the Holy Spirit, which the Bible says guides us into all truth, dwelling in them (John 16:13, Rom. 8:14, 1 John 4:6).
With more than 1.5 billion Catholics in the world, there is something you have to understand as well: not one of them, although many are sincere, like nuns, many priests, and other Catholics, has the Holy Ghost.
This means no matter how many dead people they pray to, they have not been born again and blood-washed, as Jesus Himself said (Col. 2:8, 1 John 4:1).
Therefore, if Catholics they do not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, which is evident by praying to Mary and dead people and not Him, how can they be Christian (Luke 6:46)?
Beloved, especially Catholics, you are running a race in futility that you will never win, and even worse, you haven’t even gotten over the starting line!
The Bible is meant to be read personally so that you can come to your own conclusions, guided by the Holy Spirit.
But first, you need to go straight to Jesus for salvation, and not some dead priest, and it will enlighten you (John 3:15-17).
As hard and difficult as it is to hear, priests, Protestant preachers, and pastors, even, are no more loved or favored by God because He doesn't play favorites (Acts 10:34-35, Rom. 2:11).
They are not more loved or anointed with a gift that will guide others to God than you!
I know you believe that God called priests, nuns, cardinals, and others to the Catholic Church to minister and serve people, but He could not have.
What happened is they had a desire in their heart that was not guided by the Holy Spirit, because Catholic dogma, when compared to scripture, is not true, no matter what the pope says.
If you believe that Mary, dead as she is, unable to hear your voice, although she is in heaven, can get a prayer to Jesus, why don’t you try to get a prayer through to Jesus yourself?
He loves you, He hears you, and He is waiting for you to truly see Him with your heart and not that dead Catholic religion that you were born into and indoctrinated into.
This is what Jesus said about people like you and me: for God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whoever will believe in Him will not perish but have everlasting life (John 3:15-18).
God did not send Jesus into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
You will not be in eternity with the Lord without going to Jesus personally and skipping over praying to dead people that can do neither you nor themselves any good (John 14:6).
You will not be forgiven for your many sins by confessing them to some priest in a box. Here’s the issue with your practice of confession: priests themselves have what you call a confessor, or someone who they go to seek forgiveness of sin.
That is an admission, by your priest, that he is a sinner in need of a savior. If that is true, one sinner, your priest, in need of a savior, absolving, forgiving your sins, who is in need of a savior as well?
How can someone with, for example, cancer claim to heal another with the same disease if they cannot even heal themselves?
The Lord loves you, Catholics, and He wants a relationship with you, and this article, which I am prayerful will make it in front of some of you on page one of Google, is proof of that. Please seek a relationship with your Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, directly, and without a dead saint, a sinful priest, or a central pope.
There is one thing, especially with the death of your recent Pope Francis, that I can guarantee: he is wishing that he decided other than being a Catholic his entire life right now.
Will you join all of your pope's in Hell and the Lake of Fire or accept the pure, unfiltered love of Jesus?
